Who we are
This site is run by Assylias Sàrl, Rue de la Jalousie 3, 1135 Denens, Switzerland. We are responsible for the data described on this page. Questions can be sent to contact@assylias.com.
The short version
No cookies, no trackers, no advertising, no third-party scripts. Two things involve your data: the web server's log, and what you send us if you get in touch.
Server logs
The site runs on a server we operate in the European Union. Like every web server, it records each request: the page requested, the date and time, the type of browser, the page that linked you here, and your IP address. When you leave certain pages, your browser also sends one request saying how far you read and for how long — nothing is stored on your device. It is not sent if your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
We use the log to keep the site running and to see which pages get read. Entries are deleted after 30 days.
Contacting us
If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive only what you send us — with the form, your name, your email address, your firm if you gave one, and your message. Form or email, your message lands in Google Mail, which stores it in the United States.
We use the information you provide to reply to you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no sharing with anyone. We keep the exchange in our mailbox so we can pick the conversation up again; ask and we delete it, unless we have to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted — write to contact@assylias.com. Swiss data protection law applies to this site; you can also report a concern to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
